Italian & Chinese cuisine
Hi, I would like to state the indisputable superiority of Italian and Chinese cuisine over all the others (at least the ones I happened to try). The Chinese and the Italians use mainly fresh ingredients for cooking, especially at home (I am talking about home cooking, in fact). Fresh season vegetables and different kinds of fresh meat are used and cooked in a myriad of different ways and following different recipes. China is huge, so Chinese cuisine varies considerably from North (Manchuria) to South (Shangai-Canton regions, Hong Kong and Taiwan); whilst Italy is small, but every Italian region can offer a wide range of dishes.
Seafood and every kind of meat are a major part of Chinese and Italian cuisines. Rice in Chinese cooking is a side dish whereas pasta in Italian cooking is a main course . The sterotype about Italy and pasta and China and rice is stupid: pasta and rice are not strictly necessary in Italian and Chinese cooking. To sum up, Italian and Chinese cooking are fresh and varied, but they are also healthy and this also depends on the cooking styles. Italian and Chinese dishes are stir-fried (very rarely deep-fried), olive/sunflower/palm tree oil or soy sauce are used for frying (not butter!) and this makes their cuisine tastier and healthier!
This is why Italian and Chinese cuisines are better, i.e. superior over all the others.
