Aristhot is the first digital library on the science of the Mediterranean. Manuscripts, maps and many other valuable documents were recovered and processed files. And now you can see on line in a real scientific digital library. About 30 000 pictures affecting about 210 000 Sardinia entered into the database.
the project was attended by 14 partners around the Mediterranean, belonging to various European Union countries and African and Middle Eastern area. Involved several institutions, including universities, libraries, archives, agencies of local promotion, research and technological innovation. As for Sardinia was the key contribution of the Department of Philosophy and Theory of Human Sciences, University of Cagliari.
